Welcome to Elite Aerial Services

"As Managing Director of Elite Aerial Services Ltd I have over 45 years experience in the industry, ranging from simple aerial rigging to the design and installation of today's complex electronic distribution systems.

During that time, I've seen many changes. It's hard to believe in today's 100+ channel culture that there were once only three channels to choose from, with a separate aerial for each!"
Alan Polverino - Managing Director

Why choose Elite Aerials?
After over 35 year in the business, Elite aerials are proud to be considered as experts in our particular industry and as such we consider ourselves privileged to be associated with projects such as Swansea's Meridian Quay and Cardiff's Watermark developments as well as the Glamorgan Cricket Ground, Swansea Millennium Stadium and Maritime Museum. Gower College's links to Elite Aerials
The partnership between Gower College and Elite Aerials continues to go from strength to strength.

We have worked closely together to launch the first nationally recognized qualification for the aerial industry - the Electrical Electronics Progression Award 6958 and Digital Aerials 2218 - and Alan Polverino was our guest speaker at the special business breakfast launch event.

Since then Elite has supported the qualification by sending engineers to train at Gower College with a remarkable 100% success rate.

Elite has also supported our students by offering work placement opportunities and has taken on six graduates from Gower College on a full time basis.

In turn, Gower College has introduced Elite to the Joint Intervention Project (JIVE which is a national partnership led by the UK Resource Centre for Women in Science Engineering and Technology.

Elite and Gower College will continue to work together to ensure that the training the college delivers matches the requirements of an ever-evolving industry.

All that remains is for me to wish Alan and all at Elite Aerials a very happy 30 Anniversary and here's to many more years of successful partnership working!
